Our God

In a day when religion has commonly become more focused on the creature than on the Creator, we believe in a God Who is infinitely able to save His people from their sins, Who is infinitely sufficient to satisfy their deepest needs, and Who is therefore infinitely worthy of their praise and everlasting worship.

We believe that God has revealed Himself to us in the Bible and so the Bible alone is the source of our faith and our practice. We believe that God the Father, His son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit form the perfect Trinity and that each person of the Trinity is vitally engaged in the work of salvation. Once this salvation is accomplished, it will evidence itself as love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance.

We see every member of the church in the Christ-imitating and Christ-honoring role of a servant. We are to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ out of gratitude for what He has done for us, and to glorify Him in every detail of our lives.
