Lasserre Bradley, Jr., Senior Pastor

Lasserre is the director of the Baptist Bible Hour, our international radio ministry, since its beginning in 1953 and is the founding pastor of CPBC. One of the hallmarks of his ministry has been an emphasis on exegetical teaching, with a very practical and personal application, whether from the pulpit or in private counseling. Lasserre and his wife Emily have three grown children, and occupying a special place in his and Emily’s hearts are their twenty grandchildren!

One of many favorite verses: “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” Jeremiah 33:3

One of many favorite books: The Holiness of God, by R.C. Sproul

David M. Freeman, Elder

David serves as an elder of CPBC, with a particular burden for evangelism, whether local or international. He has led several teams to minister in India, leads Bible studies in the community as he has opportunity, and is always looking out for new ways that CPBC can minister in our neighborhood and among the nations. David is very thankful to be married to Emily Grace, and they are both blessed with two young children. David is also a math professor at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College.

One of many favorite verses: “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John 8:12

One of many favorite books: The Hidden Smile of God, by John Piper

Lasserre Bradley III (Trevor)

Trevor, and his wife Marsha, have six children. Trevor grew up in Cincinnati Church and made a profession of faith in Christ when he was 10 years old; he now hopes to see each church member be standard bearers of Jesus Christ, for our community and around the world.

Nick Sargent

Nick, and his wife Judy, have three grown children and 8 grandchildren. Nick’s number one desire for CPBC is to see us emulate Christ’s words in Matthew 5:14: “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.” In his spare time, Nick enjoys flying as a licensed pilot.

Lyle Tomlinson

Lyle and his wife Leanna have seven children. In his spare time, Lyle enjoys spending time with them and walking through the woods. Lyle’s chief desire for CPBC is to be a light in the greater Cincinnati area and a refuge for those seeking the unadulterated Word of God.

Stan Willis

In addition to their two grown children, Stan, and his wife Barb, have two grandsons and one granddaughter, each of whom he enjoys spending time with and watching grow. Stan’s main desire for CPBC is that Jesus Christ be glorified and his people edified. In his spare time, Stan participates in bullseye and informal target shooting.
